SENIOR EXPERT - LEGAL EXPERT

Objectives

The global objective is to strengthen the Veterinary Service in order to improve animal health in Montenegro, with the consequent impact on human health.

The specific objective is to strengthen the capacity of the Veterinary Service by the harmonization of legislation with EU acquis and by its implementation in the areas of animal health and welfare, identification and registration of animals, import requirements for live animals and animal products and the use of veterinary medicinal products.


Requirements

  - University Degree in Law
  - Excellent spoken and written English
  - Computer literate
  - 8 years of experience in drafting legislation and legislative procedures in an EU Member State
  - Experience in drafting legislation and legislative procedures in veterinary field
