CONSULTANT TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE OUTREACH PROGRAMME

Description

UN WOMEN is looking for a consultant(s) to develop and support implementation of
the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality’s comprehensive outreach programme to women in
seven selected municipalities in South and South West Serbia providing them with opportunities for
advice and protection against discrimination.

Responsibilities

  - To develop outline (content) of the outreach programme to women for the Commissioner for
the Protection of Equality
  - To develop comprehensive outreach programme to women for the Commissioner for the
Protection of Equality
  - To provide, based on the outreach programme, detailed list of visits/meeting/events to be
organised with key stakeholders and general public
  - To organise meetings and support organisation of the outreach events
  - To provide comprehensive Report on the outreach activities.
  - Outreach Programme, including a detailed list of stakeholders in selected municipalities
  - Plan of CPE visits and meetings with the recognized key stakeholders
  - Organization of the planned CPE visits and meetings
  - Comprehensive report on the outreach activities

Requirements

- Fluency in English and Serbian.
- A university degree in the areas of social sciences, gender studies, humanities or similar;
graduate degree an advantage
- Relevant work experience in the field of civic activism and gender equality
- Past cooperation and familiarity with UN Women’s work in Serbia will be considered an advantage.
