Requirements
Qualifications and skills
- University degree in socio-economic studies and/or development cooperation
- Additional training/qualifications in aid-delivery methods and development finance would be an asset.
General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management in particular in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of experts from different cultural areas
Specific professional experience:
- Specific work experience in development finance and aid-delivery methods, in coordination and networking projects in different regions
- Familiarity with EC and IFIs procedures/requirements
- Experience in the IPA region
- Familiarity/Experience in investment analysis and financial markets functioning and mechanisms
- Understanding of issues linked to financing of investments in transport, environment, energy and social sectors
