Contract description                                                                                         Maximum budget: EUR 1.500.000

The overall project objective is to improve the impact of Serbian employment policy. The present assignment aims to embed forecasting, monitoring and evaluation in the design and implementation of active labour market policies (ALMPs). The project will focus on further mainstreaming the labour market forecasting capacities of all branch offices of the national employment service. A monitoring and evaluation system will be applied to assess the effectiveness of all ALMPs used by NES. The refined labour market forecasting, monitoring and evaluation practices will be used to improve the intelligence used for policy design. The project will also support the process of adjustment of national classification of occupations to ISCO 08 standards.

The fields of expertise which are required under the assignment include:

     - application of systems for forecasting of labour market trends and/or for monitoring and evaluation of active labour market
       measures; design, implementation and evaluation of employment action plans or equivalent employment policy document;
     - adjustment of national classification of occupations to ISCO standards.

Budget:

Maximum budget: 1 500 000 EUR

Eligibility:


Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
