Description
The project will mobilise services to provide technical, management, information and administrative support for WBIF structures including the Steering Committee, Project Financiers Group and the Secretariat as well as wider EC and IFI cooperation where appropriate. These services will support strategy and policy development, project identification and monitoring and communication in the key sectors of energy, environment, social issues, transport and private sector development as well as horizontal cross cutting issues.
Experts will support the key project team in research and analytical activities in the different sectors including cooperation with IFIs and regional sectoral organisations.
Requirements
- candidates should experience in carrying out studies related to projects financing, macro-economics and aid delivery methods
- candidates should have experience related to investments in infrastructure
- candidates should have experience in data collection, collation, analysis and reporting
- experience in the IPA region
- fluent written and spoken English
