KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER/ ESF EXPERT

Description

Considering that the revised OP HRD for the ESF in the second half of 2013 will be prepared and adopted at the time of the implementation of this contract, support from the contractor will be needed in assistance to ESF grant applicants/beneficiaries as well as assistance in identification and design of project proposals for the ESF 2014-2020. It is envisaged that in ESF in the second half of 2013; 13 Grant schemes will be implemented. Furthermore, rising of awareness and knowledge regarding ESF within general public will be necessary. Besides the partnership between potential beneficiaries a strong cooperation between regional/local authorities and socio-economic partners, NGOs and entrepreneurs etc. needs to be further promoted as well. Relevant partnership at the regional and local level consisted of key actors focused on strategic analysis of the current needs, mobilisation and enhancement of capacities within their communities is needed in a way that key partners come together to identify, propose and implement projects for a broader economic or social benefit.


Requirements

   - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years duration attested by a diploma
   - fluency in both written and spoken English
   - computer literacy
   - preferably 7 but minimum 5 years of experience in preparation and/or management of projects funded under ESF
   - experience in managing at least 2 technical assistance projects as a team leader
   - experience in conducting promotional campaigns
   - experience in drafting manuals and/or handbooks related to preparation and/or implementation of ESF projects
