Qualifications and skills

- Masters Degree Academic level (university level education in duration of 4 years) or equivalent general professional experience of 15 years
  in the area of public relations – absolutely required
- Working knowledge of English – absolutely required
- Computer literacy – absolutely required

General professional experience

- At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of public relations – absolutely required

Specific professional experience

- At least 1 year of experience in development of communication strategies– absolutely required
- At least 1 year of experience in development of action plans for implementation of communication strategies
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of human rights and work with refugees / displaced persons
