EMS/ IPA 2011-WBIF-INFRASRTUCTURE PROJECT FACILITY- TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE 3 (EMS 4814)- INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SENIOR EXPERT / TEAM LEADER FOR ALBANIA

Global objective

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the infrastructures in the candidate countries and potential candidates.

Required qualifications

- Academic background both in engineering and management, specialised in infrastructure development.

General professional experience

- Minimum 15 years managerial experience, in particular in co-ordinating a multidisciplinary team of senior professionals from different
  cultural areas.

Specific professioanl experience

- Minimum 10 years experience with both feasibility studies and detailed designs for infrastructure projects, particularly in one or more of
  IPF targeted sectors.
- Senior management experience in working in one or more IPA countries (as defined in the Annexes I and II of the Council Regulation EC
  1085/2006)
- Familiarity with EC procedures/ requirements
- Proven experience in working with one or more IFI (EIB, EBRD, CEB, KfW) on similar assignments
- Successful proven experience in working with national administrations of Transition Economies will be regarded as advantageous.
