KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER - PROCUREMENT EXPERT

Description

AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd (Hungary) is looking for an experienced Team Leader: Procurement Expert for the EU funded project "Strengthening the capacity of the central financing and contracting unit (CFCU) for efficient implementation of EU funds". The project is currently at the bidding phase and we are looking for a team of experts (3 Key Experts) who would be interested in the implementation and processes all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The project is expected to start in March 2014 and will last 24 months.

The overall objective of the project is to assist Albanian Administration to manage EU financial assistance and resources in a decentralised manner and in compliance with the EU Regulations on Financial Assistance.


Requirements

    - At least Master (3+2) university degree or equivalent;
    - Fluency in English.
    - Relevant professional experience in the European Union and/or IPA countries is required
    - At least 10 years of professional experience in EU funded projects
    - At least 5 years of experience as a team leader.
    - At least 5 years of experience in supporting public administration to implement public procurement of EU funds;
    - At least 15 years of working experience in/with public administration institutions in supporting the capacity building in procurement and contracting related matters of an implementation unit of EU funds
