KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER / PROCUREMENT EXPERT

Requirements

   - At least Master (3+2) university degree or equivalent
   - Fluency in English
   - At least 10 years of professional experience in EU funded projects
   - At least 5 years of experience as a team leader
   - At least 5 years of experience in supporting public administration to implement public procurement of EU funds
   - At least 15 years of working experience in/with public administration institutions in a Member State's and/or potential / candidate country in supporting the capacity building in procurement and contracting related matters of an implementation unit of EU funds (CARDS, IPA).
