KEY EXPERT 3: MONITORING EXPERT

Requirements

   - At least Bachelor university degree or equivalent in Financial Management
   - Fluency in English
   - At least 10 years of professional experience in EU funded projects
   - Experience in at least 1 project supporting central government institutions in setting up internal control systems
   - At least 5 years of experience in internal audit / irregularity / risk management
   - Experience in Gap and /or Compliance Assessments related to IPA would be an advantage
