RS-PRISTINA: IPA — PROMOTING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

Contract description                                                                                         Maximum budget: EUR 1.000.000

The contract includes support to Kosovan governmental institutions at central and local level promoting energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources (RES) in compliance with the Energy Community Treaty requirements.

The contract activities include the following activities but are not limited to:
     - support on drafting/updating the national plan on energy efficiency and on preparation of municipal energy plans including training
       for beneficiary staff on monitoring and evaluation of implementation,
     - support on drafting/updating the national renewable energy plan including training on implementation at the local level as well as
       performing pre-feasibility studies for RES potential at selected sites,
     - implementation of 'acquis' on energy efficiency and on renewable energy,
     - support on energy statistics and energy balance as per requirements of the Energy Community and International Energy Agency.

Budget

Maximum budget: 1 000 000 EUR.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates) which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorized by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organizations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
