LEGAL EXPERT FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION REFORM (PAR) – 1ST POSITION

Responsibilities

   - Provide legal support to the Ministry of Economy in the process of the PAR
   - Share acquired knowledge and expertise, and discuss lessons learned within the Ministry.
     Duties, responsibilities and key milestones
   - Job Analysis for positions in organisational units within the Ministry of Economy conducted, to be delivered by 15 January 2014
   - Report containing recommendations for improvements of the current organizational structure of the Ministry produced, to be delivered by
     31 March 2014


Requirements

   - Minimum University degree in the field of law, economics, business administration, organizational sciences or related field;
   - State exam completed
   - Understanding and knowledge of PAR
   - Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
   - Understanding of the Serbian state administration system
   - Strong information technology (IT) skills
