CONSULTANT- LEGAL EXPERT FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION REFORM (PAR) – 2ND POSITION

Responsibilities

   - Provide legal support to the Ministry of Economy in the process of the PAR
   - Share acquired knowledge and expertise, and discuss lessons learned within the Ministry.
     Duties, responsibilities and key milestones
   - Analysis of the legal framework and drafting recommendations for improving the rules of internal organization of Ministry’s bodies and
     adjustments of legal framework conducted, to be delivered by 15 January 2014
   - Plan of improvement of internal and external communication, analysis and drafting recommendations, produced, to be delivered by 31
     March 2014


Requirements

   - Minimum University degree in the field of law, economics, business administration, organizational sciences or related field
   - State exam completed
   - Understanding and knowledge of PAR
   - Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
   - Understanding of the Serbian state administration system
