IBF INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING / PUBLIC INFORMATION EXPERT

Description

IBF is looking to recruit Public Information Expert to work on "GE-Tbilisi: ENPI — Forging ahead: process-oriented technical assistance to the Ministry of IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons)" project. The project is estimated to start in April 2014. The maximum duration of the assignment is 200 days over the period of 24 months.


Requirements

   - A bachelors degree in Public Relations/ Communications or 10 years of relevant experience
   - Excellent communication skills
   - Proven minimum 5 years (preferably 10 years) of experience in designing and implementing public relations projects
   - Proven experience in implementing awareness raising campaigns and in managing information dissemination to vulnerable groups and IDPs
   - Experience working in CIS countries on similar projects.
