CONSULTANT - LEGAL EXPERT FOR DUE DILIGENCE

Responsibilities

   - Provide legal support to the  Ministry of Economy in the process of PU and SOE restructuring, bankruptcy and privatisation
   - Share acquired knowledge and expertise, and discuss lessons learned within the Ministry
   - In-depth analysis of laws and bylaws relevant for restructuring process conducted, to be delivered by 10 December 2013
   - In-depth analysis of laws and bylaws relevant for bankruptcy process conducted, to be delivered by 31 January 2014
   - In-depth analysis of laws and bylaws relevant for privatisation process conducted, to be delivered by 31 March 2014


Requirements

   - Minimum University degree in the field of law, economics, business administration, organizational sciences or related field
   - Understanding and knowledge of company balance sheet and income statements details analysis
   - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the stated areas
   - Experience in legal aspects of due diligence
   - Understanding of the Serbian economy
   - Strong information technology (IT) skills
