Description
IBF is looking to recruit Team leader to work on "GE-Tbilisi: ENPI — Forging ahead: process-oriented technical assistance to the Ministry of IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons)" project. The project is estimated to start in April 2014. The maximum duration of the assignment is 440 days over the period of 24 months.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) preferably in Law/Human Rights/Social or Political Sciences
- Working knowledge of Russian and Georgian is advetage
- At least 7 years of experience on Refugees, IDPs and human rights /protection issues
- Proven experience in liaison and coordination with a variety of local and international organizations, including civil, political and civil society actors
- Experienced in team leadership on EC projects
- Expereince on preferably 3 projects dealing with institutional capacity building of public bodies dealing with displaced and/or socially vulnerable persons, poverty alleviation and livelihood creation.
- Knowledge of the problems related to refugees/IDPs and displacement in Georgia is an aaset.
