FINANCIAL EXPERT FOR DUE DILIGENCE (TWO POSITIONS)

Responsibilities

   - Provide support to the  Ministry of Economy in the PU and SOE restructuring process through analysis of company ID cards, identifying
     key deficiencies and providing applicable recommendations, based on data availability
   - Share acquired knowledge and expertise, and discuss lessons learned within the Ministry
   - Analysis of ID cards of public enterprises in restructuring initiated,  to be delivered by 10 December 2013
   - Analysis of ID cards of state-owned enterprises in restructuring initiated, to be delivered by 31 January 2014
   - Analysis of ID cards of public utilities initiated, to be delivered by 31 March 2014


Requirements

   - Minimum University degree in the field of economics, law, business administration, organizational sciences or related field
   - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
   - Understanding and knowledge of company balance sheet and income statements details analysis
   - Experience in due diligence, financial analysis of company business performance, accounting and audit
   - Understanding of the Serbian economy
   - Strong information technology (IT) skills
