EMS - FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERT (EMS 6754) FOR ALBANIA

Background

European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ” STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF THE CENTRAL FINANCING AND CONTRACTING UNIT (CFCU) FOR EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION OF EU FUNDS (EMS 6754)”.The overall objective of the project is to assist Albanian Administration to manage EU financial assistance and resources in a decentralised manner and in compliance with the EU Regulations on Financial Assistance.


Requirements

   - At least Bachelor university degree or equivalent in Financial Management;
   - Fluency in English (min 2 points in the scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic).
   - At least 8 years of professional experience in EU funded projects.
   - At least 8 years of working experience in/with public administration institutions in a Member State's and/or potential / candidate country in supporting the capacity building in financial management of an implementation unit of EU funds (CARDS, IPA)
   - At least 5 years of experience dealing with financial management in the public sector.
