EMS - MONITORING EXPERT (EMS 6754) FOR ALBANIA

Background

European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender ” STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF THE CENTRAL FINANCING AND CONTRACTING UNIT (CFCU) FOR EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION OF EU FUNDS (EMS 6754)”.The overall objective of the project is to assist Albanian Administration to manage EU financial assistance and resources in a decentralised manner and in compliance with the EU Regulations on Financial Assistance.


Requirements

   - At least Bachelor university degree or equivalent in a related discipline;
   - Fluency in English (min 2 points in the scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic);
   - At least 10 years of professional experience in EU funded projects.
   - Experience in at least 1 project supporting central government institutions in setting up internal control systems;
   - At least 5 years of experience in internal audit / irregularity / risk management;
   - Experience in Gap and /or Compliance Assessments related to IPA would be an advantage.
