Description

The Hague Institute for Global Justice recruits Interns on a rolling basis. Currently, applications are being accepted for a Program Intern and a Communications Intern. Internships should last at least three months and may be extended.

Program Intern
Requirements

   - At least a Bachelor’s level degree in the field of public international law, international relations, political sciences, conflict studies, or related disciplines.
Applications fromcurrent undergraduates are also welcomed.
   - Demonstrated commitment to the mission and objectives of The Hague Institute and a strong desire to work in the field of peace and justice.
   - Excellent analytical and organizational skills
   - Excellent communication skills
   - Knowledge of the English language (fluent) and preferably one other official language of the UN

Responsibilities
  
   - Research
   - Drafting of reports, policy briefs and other publications
   - Organization of expert meetings/ events
   - Administration

Communications Intern
Requirements

   - At least a Bachelor’s level degree in communications, marketing,public international law, international relations, political sciences, conflict studies, or related disciplines.
Applications from current undergraduates are also welcomed.
   - Demonstrated commitment to the mission and objectives of The Hague Institute and a strong desire to work in the field of peace and justice.
   - Excellent analytical and organizational skills
   - Excellent communication skills
   - Knowledge of the English language (fluent) and preferably one other official language of the UN

Responsibilities
  
   - Event organization,management and implementation
   - Media relations, including print and digital
   - Social media outreach
  - Publications (including editing and project management)
