Description
Euronet Worldwide is looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to join its XBA (Cross Border Acquiring) Production and Operation team, who will work on supporting our clients and our operation on Euronet Worldwide’s central transaction processing host and its connected systems at Pune. The professional is to provide sound technical knowledge in incident resolution, problem management and advanced technical support and liaise between clients, business units, technology teams and support teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT system analysis, implementation, configuration - especially in working on Wintel platform
- Minimum 3 years of experience with transaction processing systems (Postilion, BASE24, ITM, etc.)
- Understand of transaction processing/banking; POS and/or payments environment
- Strong SQL skills, including writing SQL queries and DB management
- Troubleshooting / application support
- Show initiative, analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Quick learner and flexible personality
- University or College degree - preferably in Engineering or IT
Responsibilities
- Incident resolution reported by client or internal teams
- Ensure 100% availability of transaction processing systems
- Ensure compliance and quality in process as Incident, Problem, Request, Change Management
- Perform software installations, solution validation and maintenance
- Initiating and managing service improvement projects
- Collect and understand business requirements of customers, management and external partners
- Technically coach junior team members
