Description
The global objective of this feasibility study is to recommend effective and efficient models and solutions for further development of the career guidance and counseling system in line with European and international standards and best practices.
Requirements
Senior expert
- University degree, preferably a master degree in social sciences or humanities
- Very good knowledge of English
- Minimum 10 years post-graduate professional experience in leading surveys, preferably in the fields of education, employment and/or youth support
- Team Leader experience in at least one project, preferably 3 related to career guidance and counseling
- Minimum 3 but preferably 5 years post-graduate professional experience in the field of lifelong (career) guidance and counseling
1 Junior expert
- University degree, preferably a master degree in social sciences or humanities
- Very good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Serbian language will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years, preferably 5, of post-graduate professional experience in qualitative researches, preferably in the fields of education, employment and/or youth support
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate professional experience in lifelong (career) guidance and counseling.
Responsibilities
- to perform an assessment of the current situation and the needs concerning career guidance and counseling system in Serbia
- to assess the technical and operational capacities of the existing career centres in Serbia and provide comparative analysis of national centres, as well as the analysis of the European models of national resource centres for career guidance and counseling
- to develop realistic and optimal models for national resource centre tor career guidance and counseling in Serbia in line with best EU practices and available lifelong guidance policies in Serbia in the area of education, employment and youth
- to deliver recommendations for effective measures leading to the further development of the sustainable system of career guidance and counseling in Serbia
- to facilitate discussion process and dissemination among relevant stakeholders and decision makers concerning the results of the study
