EDBURGH CONSULTANTS/TEAM LEADER/SOCIAL HOUSING AND DISPLACED PERSONS

Global objective:

To contribute to the successful implementation of the Revised Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the implementation of Annex VII of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Specific objective(s):

To define and prepare Call for Proposals for Annex VII Implementation Strategy which should address the needs of the targeted beneficiaries as well as of the Local authorities at different levels.

General professional experience:

   -Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience relevant for this project for senior expert.
   -Specific professional experience( combined) :
   -Have a proven record of at least of 5 years experience in similar projects.
   -Demonstrated experience in preparation of needs assessment.
   -Experience in fields of social inclusion and/ or human rights.
   -Experience in  development of projects in support to return and related socio-economic measures.
   -Experience in drafting of Terms of Reference/Project Fiches or programming activities.   
   -Experience in work with EU procedures, and in particular.
   -Experience in property repossession and compensation.
   -The expert proposed as Team Leader has to have an experience as Team Leader or equivalent position in the implementation of  similar
    projects relevant for the assignment.
   -The language of this specific contract is English while the working language for the assignment shall be also any of the official languages
    of BiH  (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian).

All materials, reports and Guidelines for Call for proposals with annexes produced by the Supplier under this contract shall be available in English in hard copy and digitally.
