KEY EXPERT 3: ORGANIZED CRIME EXPERT

Description

AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd (Hungary) is looking for an experienced General Policing Expert (Team Leader) for the EU funded project ‘Further Institution and Capacity Building of the Police Service in the area of border management, community policing and fight against organized crime’.
The project is currently at the bidding phase and we are looking for a team of experts (4 Key Experts) who would be interested in the implementation and processes all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The project is expected to start in March 2014 and will last 18 months.
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is further strengthening of the police capacities for border management, fight against organized crime and community policing.


Responsibilities

   - Implementation of the second component
   - Providing expertise in her/his area of competence
   - Supporting STE her/his area of competence
   - Reporting


Requirements

   - University degree in Law/Police Academy or five years above the minimum required general experience in the relevant field
   - Minimum 10 years professional experience in combating organized crime
   - At least three years of experience in standardization of administrative, physical and IT safety of the classified information according to European practices
   - At least three years of experience in organized crime investigation performed by the EU Police services and PPO’s, detection and seizure of illegally gained property and in elaboration of strategic and analysis products;
   - Experience in at least one EU funded project in the area of anticorruption policy
   - Experience in elaboration of recommendations for secure and efficient exchange of classified information in real time among central, regional and local level in at least one EU funded project or in EU member state would be an asset;
   - Experience in recruiting staff - selection procedure in organized and serious crime department in at lest one EU funded project or in EU member state would be an asset
