KEY EXPERT 4: FINANCIAL/CYBER CRIME EXPERT

Description

AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd (Hungary) is looking for an experienced General Policing Expert (Team Leader) for the EU funded project ‘Further Institution and Capacity Building of the Police Service in the area of border management, community policing and fight against organized crime’. The project is currently at the bidding phase and we are looking for a team of experts (4 Key Experts) who would be interested in the implementation and processes all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The project is expected to start in March 2014 and will last 18 months. The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is further strengthening of the police capacities for border management, fight against organized crime and community policing.


Responsibilities

   - Implementation of the third component
   - Providing expertise in her/his area of competence
   - Supporting STE her/his area of competence
   - Reporting


Requirements

   - University degree in Law/Police Academy/Economy/IT or five years above the minimum required general experience in the relevant field.
   - At least three years of experience in the fight against financial /cyber crime in EU police service
   - Experience in at least one EU funded project as a financial/cyber crime expert
   - At least one year of experience in the area of computer forensics
   - Experience in development of an on–line registration system would be an asset
   - Experience as a trainer in the area of financial/cyber crime would be an asset
