Background
ATOQ (Advanced Training On Quality) for Youth Exchanges is a training course to increase quality within youth exchanges. An international group of youth workers will look back to past experience(s), focus on quality aspects and improve management competences in order to raise quality in future exchanges. The aim of the ATOQ is to support experienced youth workers/leaders in increasing the quality of the European youth exchanges they set up within the Youth in Action Programme.
Eligibility
The training course is open for voluntary and professional youth workers, working directly with young people, which organised and/or participated as a team member in at least one international youth exchange (which is completed) and plan to organise another within the frame of the Youth in Action programme. Eligible are participants from: Austria, Belgium – DE, Belgium – FL, Belgium – FR, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia.
Costs
Board, lodging and programme costs will be provided and paid for by the Italian National Agency, in cooperation with the Greek National Agency. Travel costs will be covered by your local National Agency (in case you will be selected).
