Contract description
The overall objective of the project, which this contract is part of, is to support the modernisation of the Serbian Tax Administration (STA) by providing technical assistance to implement efficient IT systems that meets EU standards and at the same time strengthen the STA's institutional capacities and which covers the areas of IT support for the Tax Collection function, IT support for the Financial (budget
management & integrated accounting) and material accounting management for budgetary institutions, IT support for Tax Evasion function and the implementation of adequate reporting system, and IT extension of the existing Internet portal (e- Govemment) for providing additional services to taxpayers via the Internet.
Budget
Maximum budget: 3,420,000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
