ESF TRAINER FOR GRANT SCHEMES APPLICANTS AND BENEFICIARIES

Description

The overall objective of the project is to enhance Croatia’s capacity for effective and efficient use of ESF funds by preparing adequate number of high quality operations. The purpose of the position is to support potential grant applicants/beneficiaries in preparation of the project proposals and acquiring knowledge regarding the ESF implementation and methodology framework.


Responsibilities

   - Tailor-made trainings/seminars/workshops for potential Grant applicants
   - Tailor-made trainings/seminars/workshops in preparing grant applications with supporting documents for the ESF OP potential Grant
     applicants
   - Knowledge and skills of potential grant applicants in preparation of ESF shall be increased
 

Requirements

   - A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years duration attested by a diploma;
   - Fluency in both written and spoken Croatian
   - Fluency in both written and spoken English
   - Computer literacy
   - Proven experience in training and capacity building
   - Experience in providing training to potential applicants of EU funded Grant scheme
   - Experience in preparation of applications for ESF funded Grant projects
