Descritpion

The general objective of the project is to repair the main railway line Vrbnica - Bar through the rehabilitation of critical parts of line (rehabilitation of slopes and construction of galleries or other protective structures).

Requirements

   - At least Master Degree Academic level or equivalent University degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of a
     study in a university or equivalent institution) in civil engineering;
   - Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
   - At least 12 years of professional experience in the sector(s) directly or indirectly related to the Lot 2;
   - Proven managerial ability and experience in designing and implementing programmes and supervising staff.
   - At least three (3) projects of a similar size and nature (min. 30 working days performed per project) within the previous 3 years period.


Responsibilities

The main activities will be the slopes stabilization and securing the railway line from landfalls, avalanches and landslides. Expected results are: ground stabilization, increased traffic safety and higher train speeds. Through the implementation of the project it is expected to prepare
measures with aim to decrease the number of interruptions in the rail traffic due to landslides, increase the level of traffic safety and smooth traffic flow in accordance with the planned timetable.
