Description

The contract will foresee the provision of technical assistance to the European Commission’s DG for Development and Cooperation – EuropeAid in the following areas:
   
   - Supporting the organisation of guidance workshops such as trainings and other initiatives to strengthen capacities of European
     Commission staff on migration and asylum issues and improve contacts between EU Delegations and HQ.
   - Supporting the production by DEVCO B3 of operational guidance documentation on migration and asylum issues and communication
     material (e.g. newsletter) targeting EU Delegations and the staff of DG DEVCO and the European External Action Service
   - Supporting policy reflection for future DG DEVCO policy and operational initiatives on migration and development through activities such
     as consultations with key stake holders and support for the drafting of policy papers and studies


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
