Description
Key Expert 2 (20 w/d) Category I - Economist experienced in Financial Analysis according to the EC’s CBA Guidelines. The economist reviews the Feasibility Study and writes the respective sections of the Application Form.
Requirements
- At least Master Degree Academic level (University level education in duration of at least 4 years) in economy or alternatively engineering
or equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years in finance or management position in water sector
- Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy - MS Office applications, e-mail, internet General professional experience
- 12 years of professional working experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in preparing Financial Analysis according to the EC's CBA guideline
- Experience in drafting Feasibility Studies in the context of IPA Application Forms
- At least two (2) projects of a similar size and nature (min. 15 working days performed per project) within the previous 3 years period in the
preparation of CBA for feasibility studies with project applications for EU funds (ISPA or IPA or Structural Funds or Cohesion Fund) in the
field of waste water or waste water and drinking water
