Description
Key Expert 1 (22 w/d) Category I - Engineer with clear experience in drafting
Feasibility Studies and Cohesion Fund / ISPA / IPA Application Forms. The engineer will have the overall responsibility for the preparation of the Application Form. He will also be responsible for revision of the Feasibility Study and the EIA part.
Requirements
- At least Master Degree Academic level (University level education in duration of at least 4 years) in civil engineering or environmental
engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy - MS Office applications, e-mail, internet
- At least 12 years of general professional experience in the water sector
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of preparation of wastewater infrastructure projects
- At least 10 years of professional experience in drafting Feasibility Studies and Cohesion Fund/ ISPA / IPA Application Forms
- Experience in EIA in the context of IPA Application Forms
- At least two (2) projects of a similar size and nature (min. 15 working days performed per project) within the previous 3 years period
