Project title: EIB - Western Balkan Investment Framework, Infrastructure Project Facility, Technical Assistance 4 (IPF 4) Infrastructures: Energy, Environment, Transport and Social
The overall objective of the Technical Assistance (TA) operation is to contribute to the improvement of the infrastructure in the candidate countries and potential candidates.
The purpose of this TA operation is to support the preparation and implementation of priority infrastructure investment projects in the transport, environment, energy and social infrastructure of the Beneficiaries, financed by a combination of grants and loans.
Brief description: Partner Countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Kosovo.
Requirements
- Academic background in engineering specialised in one of the 4 IPF target sectors
- Proficient in oral and written English language
- Minimum of 15 years of general working experience
- Minimum of 10 years in one or more of the 4 IPF target sectors
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in managing projects and/or multicultural teams, ideally with international organisations outside his
country of origin
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in working with public administrations and/or national organisations of Transition Economies would
be an advantage
