Description

Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) is a joint initiative of the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Council of Europe Development Bank and bilateral donors: “to enhance harmonization and cooperation in investments for socio-economic development in the region”. This is to be achieved by developing a pipeline of priority projects in the framework of the EU pre-Accession process.
 
For the purpose of this project, MWH is looking for the following expert profiles for the assignment
 
Sectorial Project Manager in Energy Infrastructure

  - University studies in engineering/energy/energy infrastructure
  - At least 15 years of general working experience
  - At least 10 years of experience related to at least one of the relevant energy subsectors is mandatory (preferably in more subsectors):
    electricity transmission and distribution lines, thermal power stations, hydropower stations, cogeneration systems, natural gas distribution
  - Fluency in English
 
Sectorial Project Manager in Environment Infrastructure

  - University studies in engineering/environment/environment infrastructure
  - At least 15 years of general working experience
  - At least 10 years of experience in environment infrastructure projects related to at least one of the relevant sub-sectors (preferably in more
    subsectors): drinking water facilities, waste water treatment plants, sewerage systems, storm water systems, sewerage systems, solid
    waste management and disposal, hazardous waste treatment facilities, natural resource management.
  - Fluency in English

Sectorial Project Manager in Social Infrastructure

  - University studies in engineering/social infrastructure
  - At least 15 years of general working experience
  - At least 10 years of experience in social infrastructure projects related to at least one of the relevant social sub-sectors (preferably in more
    subsectors): schools, hospitals and health centres, housing, social and cultural centres, justice and penitentiary buildings.
  - Fluency in English
 
Sectorial Project Manager in Transport Infrastructure

  - University studies in engineering/transport infrastructure
  - At least 15 years of general working experience
  - At least 10 years of experience in transport infrastructure projects related to at least one of the relevant transport sub-sectors (preferably
    in more subsectors): roads, railways, inland waterways, seaports, airports.
  - Fluency in English
