Requirements
- University education in political sciences, social sciences, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience including minimum 1 year in a relevant field strongly preferred
- Working experience with political parties, government structures or parliaments
- Project development and implementation experience in an international organization
- Professional fluency in the English language
Responsibilities
- Works on professional development programmes for Assembly members, parliamentary groups and staff of the Assembly of Kosovo
- Works with other public institutions of the government to promote the principles of good governance
- Provides expert opinion and coaching on Assembly accountability and oversight, in particular towards independent institutions;
- Fosters the Assembly's outreach to civil society and constituencies
- Follows up on project cycle management to ensure implementation, budgetary control, monitoring and evaluation of assigned projects
