Requirements
- University education in political sciences, international relations, public policy, law, international human rights law or other human rights
related fields
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Professional fluency in oral and written English
Responsibilities
- Reviews and ensures quality control of documents, reports and correspondence produced by the various programmatic sections of the
- Department as part of the first level Departmental clearance
- Ensures smooth clearance procedure in co-ordination with all actors in the clearance chain
- Produces weekly, monthly and other thematic reports of the Department in co-operation with other units within the Department
- Reviews and supports the work of Departmental international and local staff members
- Provides analysis and advice, particularly on assessing compliance with human rights and international standards
