Requirements
- Police administrative courses in relevant field and specialized subject area
- Minimum 10 years of diversified police experience including at least 12 months operational experience in the relevant field and specialized
subject area
- Proven working experience in the field of police training development and management, focused on the area of advanced and specialized
police training for capacity building purposes, and evaluation of their effectiveness and efficiency
- Proven experience in project management (planning, designing, budgeting, management, evaluation)
- Researching, analyzing, drafting, editing, reporting and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Oversees, analyses and reports on systematic advanced and specialized police curricula aspects, ensuring a professional environment that
benefits both students and staff
- Provides subject matter expertise and assistance to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kosovo Police in the analysis of existing, and
drafting of new, relevant capacity building related documents, strategies and action plans
- Supervises, assesses and evaluates all aspects of the Training Development as well as advanced and specialized police curricula, ensuring
high quality of instruction and interpretation
- Arranges the design and delivery of new programs (internally or externally sourced)
- Assists co-ordination of donor efforts in developing the advanced and specialized police training
