Description

Europlus Consulting and Management provide high-quality services and assistance in implementation of international projects funded by different organisations including European Commission, United Nations Development Programme, World Bank, USAID and the African Development Bank. Over the years, we have successfully implemented a number of large technical assistance projects in different areas of expertise. We have been and continue to be involved in a number of European Commission framework contracts.


Objectives

    - Explore the main vulnerabilities to corruption in the health and education systems that affect service delivery;
    - Carry out field research and consultations within the relevant sectors;
    - Identify factors that favour corruption and provide recommendations on how to eliminate or diminish t
    - Identify potential areas for engagement and action for the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina.


Requirements

    - Education at least Master degree academic level in the area of pedagogy, social sciences or any other appropriate discipline for this
      assignment or equivalent professional experience of 3 years above the general professional experience demanded below;
    - Not less than 3 years general professional experience relevant for the assignment;
    - Must have a good understanding of the educational sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina and experience in developing sector assessments
      and/or policies;
    - Knowledge of anti-corruption measures in the education sector would be an advantage;
    - Excellent command of written and verbal English language;
    - Knowledge of local languages would be considered an advantage
