EPRD/ KEY EXPERT 2: QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORK EXPERT

Description

The project will assist in development of specific descriptors of learning outcomes, development of standards of pupils’ and students’ achievements and conduct analysis of pre-service education for preschool and lower primary school teachers in regard to learning outcome approach.


Requirements

   - University or postgraduate degree, or equivalent of 5 years of general experience in addition to already required;
   - Preferably 10 years’ experience but minimum of 7 years in working development and implementation of qualifications frameworks, or
     associated components of qualifications frameworks (for example: quality assurance, assessment; certification; formal, non-formal,
     informal learning);
   - Preferably 5 years, but a minimum of 3 years of experience in dealing with qualifications based on a learning outcome approach;
   - Experience of qualifications framework methodologies relating to: access, progression, transfer, and recognition of prior learning as an
     asset;
