Requirements
Senior (Team Leader) (Election expert)
- Education at least Master’s Degree Academic level, or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years above the general
professional experience duration fixed below.
- Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in the field of electoral assistance and electoral observation and analysis, preferably obtained in the Western Balkans
region.
- Minimum of 3 years in the leadership capacity. -Fluency in written and oral communication skills in one of the local languages (Croatian,
Serbian, Bosnian) is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Junior (Capacity building expert)
- Education at least Master’s Degree Academic level, or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years above the general
professional experience duration fixed below.
- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in capacity building of CSOs, preferably obtained in the Western Balkan region.
- Minimum of one year of experience in capacity building of CSOs in elections observation.
- Fluency in written and oral communication skills in one of the local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian) is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Junior (Media expert)
- Education at least Master’s Degree Academic level, or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience of 5 years above the general
professional experience duration fixed below.
- Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a journalist.
- Minimum experience in a media analysis related project in minimum duration of 1 year.
- Fluency in written and oral communication skills in one of the local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian) is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
