EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A./ KEY EXPERT 1: TEAM LEADER

Background

The overall objective of this project is to improve Kosovo’s business environment and its competitiveness in international markets by reducing barriers to trade.

The purpose of this contract is to improve the Quality Infrastructure System of Kosovo, including market surveillance and consumer protection, in line with the EU requirements.


Requirements

   - A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or any other field related to Free Movement of Goods or 6 years of relevant professional experience.
     A Master and/or PhD in European Studies is considered as an advantage;
   - Minimum 8, preferably 12 years, of relevant professional experience in the area of Free Movement of Goods (in addition to the years of
     experience which form a substitute for the diploma in case the expert would not have the diploma required under Qualifications and
     Skills).
   - Experience in the position of team leader gained in donor funded projects in at least 3 preferably 6 contracts pertain to Free Movement of
     Goods
   - Substantial experience in the area of Free Movement of Goods in at least 2 preferably 5 contracts in countries covered by article 19 of PA
     regulation.
