Contract description
This Project aims at supporting the Government in improving the efficiency, competency and accountability of the institutions responsible for protection of human rights and promotion of equal opportunities and more specifically, it will provide technical assistance to the key institutions involved in the implementation of policies relevant to non-majority communities
The Project will have two components, with the first one aimed at capacity building and strengthening the coordination and cooperation of the institutions and state bodies in charge of design and implementation of policies targeted to non-majority ethnic communities, and the second component aiming at providing support in implementation of measures for combating discrimination on ethnic ground and support in implementation of the Law on Prevention and Protection against Discrimination.

Maximum budget: EUR 1.800.000
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see item 29 below). All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
