EPRD/ SUPPORT TO THE INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)- TEAM LEADER - SME DEVELOPMENT EXPERT

Qualifications and skills:

- University degree in economics/ or business administration/ or applied sciences/ or other related discipline.

General professional experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in entrepreneurship promotion and/ or business management.
- Experience in managing teams of technical specialists (participation as team leader or equivalent position) in minimum 2 projects related to
  SME support or development.

Specific professional experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of SMEs related experience in standardisation processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with entrepreneurs in transition economies preferably in new EU Member States and/or
  Potential and Candidate Countries.
- The expert should possess experience on at least 1 project related to demonstration of the EU best practices in promotion and the use of
  standards amongst SMEs.
- The expert should possess experience in definition and/or implementation of capacity building measures promoting entrepreneurship (at
  least 1 project related to the subject of this contract).
