Contract description
The Contractor’s assignment shall include provision of professional services in preparing of preliminary studies and designs for prevailingly construction and possible partial reconstruction of the specific railway sections on the priority sections of the SEETO railway comprehensive network: including track, electric traction powering facilities, catenary, telecommunication systems and SS devices. The assignment shall take in consideration the following railway sections:
Visoko – Konjic, and
Mostar Teretna-Ortijes.
On the stretch Visoko – Konjic, the Contractor shall look for feasible solutions to remove the bottleneck due to the substandard profile of the 3km long tunnel at Ivan Mountain, and to reduce the gradient of 27‰ to the required maximal 15‰ at Bradina Ramp.
Budget
- Maximum budget: EUR 600.000.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
