EPRD/ SUPPORT TO THE INTRODUCTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)- KE3: HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING EXPERT

Qualifications and skills:

- University degree in economics or other social science.

General professional experience:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in developing capacities of human resources.

Specific professional experience:

- At least 3 years of experience in an agency or organization or other body associated with accreditation or certification processes.
- Demonstrated training and development experience at national institutional level on at least 1 project preferably implemented in the EU
  Potential or Candidate Countries.
