EUROPEAID/135668/IH/SER/MK/ SUPPORT TO ACCESS TO RIGHT TO PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Description

The contractor should support the process of accessing the right to personal data protection in line with the best practices of the European Union Member States, including enhancing the institutional capacity of the beneficiary in order to further improve the protection of human rights, and transparency and accountability of the Directorate vis-à-vis the citizens.

The project purpose is to provide assistance to the DPDP regarding building infrastructure for the dissemination of information for the protection of the right to personal data protection and awareness raising through providing high quality services to citizens.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal persons participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in 1 or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organisations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.

Maximum budget: 900 000 EUR
