Contract description
The specific purpose of the contract is (i) to strengthen the legislative, institutional and administrative capacity related to food and feed safety and contribute to upgrading of establishments processing food of animal origin (Food Safety Component), and (ii) to establish the systems for plant passport, plant protection products and plant variety protection together with increasing technical capacity in laboratory methods (Phytosanitary Component).
Budget
Maximum budget: 900.000 EUR.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons, participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. All goods supplied under this contract must originate in one or more of these countries. Participation is also open to international organizations. Participation of natural persons is directly governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
