Contract description
The aim of this contract is to provide technical assistance, through the establishment and operation of a support mechanism, to the
implementation of demonstration projects funded by the grants scheme of the SUDEP South programme: a set of innovative and replicable sustainable energy actions, selected through an ongoing Call for Proposals.
Eligible actions for this Call for Proposals are measures to be implemented by and in the territory of local authorities in the ENPI South region that contribute to the increase in energy efficiency, energy savings and use of renewable energy sources and to the reduction of CO2 emissions in the following sectors or themes: buildings, equipment/facilities & industries, including water and waste management facilities,
transport, local electricity production, local district heating/cooling, combined heat and power (CHP).

Maximum budget: EUR 2.250.000
Eligibility
Participation is open to all legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of candidates] which are established in a Member State of the European Union or in a country or territory of the regions covered and/or authorised by the specific instruments
applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed (see also item 29 below). Participation is also open to international organisations. The participation of natural persons is governed by the specific instruments applicable to the programme under which the contract is financed.
