Description

Establishment of a Communication Coordination Unit that will implement the EU's communication strategy in Georgia. The project will coordinate all the EU funded projects in the country, and it will carry out a timely and effective information and communication campaign on the upcoming signature and implementation of the Association Agreement (DCFTA included). The Communication Unit will build on the very well established set of activities the EU Delegation to Georgia is promoting on the annual basis, and will enable a comprehensive and well-targeted communication throughout one year of activities. The programme will be also responsible for the studying and introduction of new communication formats and th production of information material intrinsically related to the EU-Georgia bilateral cooperation, as well as the EU-Georgia Association Agreement and DCFTA.


Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons [participating either individually or in a grouping (consortium) of tenderers] which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action (CIR) for the applicable Instrument under which the contract is financed. Participation is also open to international organisations.

Maximum budget 450.000 EUR
